Slotting machine

The slotting machine is constructed as a unit and designed for integration into your existing machine. The knife roller can be folded on and off the counter roller manually. This can also be done pneumatically as an option. In working mode, the slitting unit is driven by a servo motor. The installed servo drive rotates the knife roller in synchronization with the web speed. The control signal for the drive is provided by the master machine. The slot depth is set using manually adjustable threaded bolts. A potentiometer is installed on the control cabinet of the slotting machine. The potentiometer can be used to delay the speed to the control signal in order to adjust the slot length. The enclosure of the slitting system is designed in such a way that unauthorized opening of flaps or protective enclosures on the running system is prevented. The installed safety interlock only allows
opening after the entire system has come to a complete shutdown.

Needling machine

The needling machine is constructed as a unit and designed for integration into your existing maschine. The needle roller can be folded on and off the counter roller manually. This can also be done pneumatically as an option. In working mode, the needle unit is driven by a servo motor. The installed servo drive causes the needle roller to rotate in synchronization with the web speed. The control signal for the drive is provided by the main system. The needle depth is set using manually adjustable threaded bolts. The housing of the needle unit is designed in such a way that unauthorized opening of flaps or protective housings on the running system is prevented. The installed solenoid interlock only allows opening after the entire system has come to a complete standstill.
