In our Steel construction department, we manufacture complex welded assemblies and steel components in accordance with DIN EN 1090-2 EXC 2. We supply welded assemblies and steel components primed and painted to your specifications, using electrostatic painting processes with paint preheating to achieve high-quality surface coatings.
In our Stainless steel area, we produce welded assemblies and steel components in a separate white area especially for the food, pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. These products have welded joints that meet the highest quality standards, are resistant to cleaning agents and disinfectants, and achieve a surface roughness of up to < Ra 0.8. Production is GMP-compliant and FDA-compliant, fulfilling all national and international regulations.
