We are your „general contractor“ in the sector of machine and plant construction. You provide us with your drawings or our engineers draw up their construction plans in accordance with your specifications using the latest CAD software. Component parts, components and complete plants are
manufactured on this basis.
Our steel builders ensure the correct base stability so that your machines are safely installed. In the segment of steel construction we manufacture base constructions for machines, plants and equipment as well as steps, tribunes, casings and channels.
Other products from our manufacturing programme: hardening carriages for the ceramic industry, storage units and conveyor belts for diverse sectors, locomotive superstructures, complete steel construction units for electrical arc furnaces, roof spanning and small steel halls. Furthermore we possess a distinctive jig department for established automobile manufactures.
While our structural steel workers carry out the somewhat rougher work, our machining workers prefer to dedicate themselves to the finer tasks. Our company's own machining shop, equipped with modern CNC controlled processing machines is able to achieve the required dimensional accuracy for "our" machines, apparatus and plants in what ever way it is required. Due to the fact that we hardly ever have to sub-contract metal-removing machining work to other companies, we can achieve impressive throughput times.
It is a matter of course that we also erect and install everything that we build. In this respect it is no uncommon occurrence that old plants have to be dismantled at a customer's premises before we can install the new plant. For such cases we send out experienced staff who have "grown up" on building sites. We send out these staff too if you have machines, plants or apparatus which have to be repaired or maintained. We can manufacture spare parts in a short time. If no drawings or such are available of defective parts, this is no great problem. Our specialists from the departments already described produce spares immediately using the defective parts removed as a model. "Wendt Maschinenbau" is called on by renowned companies to carry out repair and maintenance work on a regular basis.
We build complete machines, plants and apparatus for a wide range of branches of industry, according to our customers' drawings or according to our own designs as requested by the customer. Our company manufactures, tests and delivers machines for the packaging industry, food industry and vehicle industry, also complete plants for the photographic paper and ceramics industries. Even the installation of electronic components and cabling of the same by our own electronics experts is no problem for us.
In the field of environmental technology "Wendt Maschinenbau" produces in particular air washers made of special steel which are used in combination with bio filter systems. Even the special steel channelling and piping for drawing off contaminated waste air are a constituent part of our programme. The planning, production, installation and maintenance of the systems are all carried out by our company as well. Furthermore, we manufacture components and/or sub-assemblies for sewage works for various companies. Waste compressing machines such as stationary waste presses, pressing containers, packing presses, barrel presses etc. belong to our scope of delivery.
We do, of course, produce one-offs in our machining area, and also short series. We process all ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as plastics with our CNC turning machines, processing centres and horizontal boring machines.
Our company covers the whole field of machine, plant and apparatus construction. With the combination of steel construction and metal removing processing within our company there is almost nothing we can't manufacture in these fields. Every single one of our departments makes its contribution to advising, serving and looking after you, our esteemed customer, in the best possible way.
